This page explains how content on engagehut.com is produced, who is credited for it, how corrections work, and where our editorial practices are still developing rather than fully mature. We would rather describe a gap plainly than claim a process that does not exist yet.

Where our current articles came from

The nine articles published in our insights section today were migrated from EngageHut’s previous website. Their wording was carried over as published — we have not rewritten or fact-checked them as part of this migration, and they have not been reviewed by a subject expert since. Any future changes to an article will be reflected in that article’s own “updated” date.

Who writes and is credited

Articles on this site are credited to the “EngageHut Editorial Team,” not to a named individual. EngageHut works as a team of CRM practitioners rather than a single lead consultant, so articles are published under that team byline rather than crediting one person. See About EngageHut for how EngageHut works.

AI assistance

Each article on this site records an AI-assistance level — none, editorial, or substantial — as part of its publishing data. All nine of today’s launch articles are marked as having had no AI assistance. As explained above, they were migrated verbatim from EngageHut’s previous website, so that marking reflects the migration itself; we have not separately investigated how the original wording was first produced. Future articles will carry their own honest AI-assistance marking at the time of publication.

Human expert review

Every article’s record has a place for a named reviewer. None of today’s nine articles has one — they have not been checked by a subject-matter expert since being carried over from our previous website, and we do not currently have a confirmed reviewer assigned to check published claims. We will not say otherwise. When an article has genuinely been reviewed, its byline will say so and name the reviewer.

Corrections

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, outdated, or unclear, email contact@engagehut.com and describe what you found. We review reported issues and correct the page directly — we do not maintain a separate errata log or corrections archive. For an article, a correction is reflected in its “updated” date.

Update cadence

We do not currently publish on a fixed schedule, and this page will not claim one that does not exist. Each article shows when it was first published and, if it has changed since, when it was last updated — that date is the most accurate signal of how current a given piece is.

Commercial independence

EngageHut holds no commercial contracts, referral agreements, or affiliate arrangements with any CRM vendor. Publishing an article, including one that discusses a named vendor, is not a paid placement. Where we write about a specific platform — including the vendor reviews in our insights section — the views given are based on hands-on experience with that platform, not on payment or partnership.
